Here at The Brooks Group we're very fortunate to work with talented clients who know how to whip up a deliciously mouth-watering dish – even in front of a live audience. From sweet treats to juicy burgers, we’ve taken several trips to The Chew (ABC) studio over the past few weeks, bringing Catherine McCord, Jacques Torres and Ingrid Hoffmann to show off their culinary skills.
Here are the re-caps of their segments, as well as a few behind-the-scenes photos.
Catherine got involved in their Sweet Life show and shared an appropriate recipe just in time for Halloween – her Pumpkin Pie Pop-Tarts from her new Weelicious Lunches cookbook. They’re super easy and great for kids of all ages -- just see for yourself! http://abc.go.com/shows/the-chew/videos/PL55125609/_m_VDKA0_bccfmgqd.
Whenever the show has a chocolate-theme, they call on “Mr. Chocolate” himself to share his ideas. Do you have a box of cake mix in your cabinet? If so, you can make a surprisingly easy chocolate soufflé. Yes, you read that right! It’s fool-proof …we promise. http://abc.go.com/shows/the-chew/videos/PL55125609/_m_VDKA0_y56sxrbv.
Ingrid’s book Latin D’Lite shows us easy, affordable ways to change up Latin recipes to make them lighter. She does concede that we can have a cheat meal every so often. Who better to share that with than the crew at The Chew? Ingrid made an even meatier Latin Burger for Mario and Michael. Could they stand the heat?
