Yumgly Cookies
Our client, Lisa Mansour from New York Cake Academy has been teaching New Yorkers how to make confections of all kinds for more than 20 years. She spent the afternoon with our team showing us how to make classic ugly (Yumgly) sweater cookies surrounded by the delicious crunch of sparkly sugar. We learned how to bake, roll, press and decorate fondant to make the ugliest (or the cutest) cookies of the season. Here’s a peek behind the scenes.
