Adam Richman fired up the grill on the TODAY Show for a “Make Ahead Monday” segment with sizzling Skirt Steak recipes that had both hosts and crew sneaking bites on- and off-camera.

For the segment, Adam turned leftovers from his Skirt Steak with Chimichurri into additional crave-worthy weeknight meals of  Steak and Blue Cheese Spinach Salad and Matambrito a la Pizza.
