Fit Men Cook: ‘Breaking Even’ Is The New Food And Workout Series You Won’t Be Able To Stop Watching

That’s what it takes to burn 2,000 calories?

Have you ever wondered what a 2,000 calorie meal looks like…and just what it takes to burn it all off? Enter Delish’s new Facebook series, “Breaking Even”. Each week, recipe and fitness influencer Kevin Curry from Fit Men Cook will show you an insanely delicious meal and then take you straight to the gym to demonstrate exactly what you’d need to do to work it off. Each week the calories will increase—going from 400 calories up to 2,000. (We know, we, too, are: 🤯.) The show will air every Monday on’s Facebook page until December 23.


Kevin is known for his viral recipes, and his motto is “Built in The Kitchen, Sculpted in The Gym.” But he’s not doing it alone: Each workout will feature a Men’s Health-vetted expert from the fitness world. In the first episode, you’ll find Kevin working out with Sinikwe Dhliwayo from Naaya Yoga. By the 2,000 calorie episode he’ll be sweating it out with Sultan Malik from CONBODY.

As the calories go up and the workouts get more intense, the recipes will, too.
