RollinGreens is a chef-led, clean label and 100% plant-based food company, founded by CEO Lindsey Cunningham and her husband, Head Chef and Chief Innovation Officer, Ryan Cunningham (known as Chef Ko).

RollinGreens is elevating the frozen food category by delivering an innovative – and irresistible – culinary experience to more than 2000 stores nationwide. Started in 1980 by Chef Ko’s family, RollinGreens originated as Boulder, Colorado’s first organic food truck and served the community for three years. In 2011, Lindsey and Ryan revitalized the business as a food truck and catering service, serving plant-based alternatives to America’s favorite (but less-than-healthy) comfort foods. After six successful years operating the food truck, Lindsey and Ryan realized they could fill a need missing from store shelves, and began focusing on the brand’s exciting next chapter in retail.

Lindsey and Ryan sourced a manufacturer and within a short period of time began selling skus to Whole Foods, Lucky’s Market and Alfalfas, starting out in 17 stores. Due to an incredibly enthusiastic reception at retail, sales expanded rapidly and within 3.5 years, RollinGreens went from beloved local food truck to being an established brand in more than 2000 stores. Today, RollinGreens is a Certified Women Owned business committed to fulfilling the mission of playing a small role in a cultural shift of Americans making healthier food choices that they can feel good about, without sacrificing the flavors they love.

RollinGreens’ products are 100% clean, gluten-free, whole, and allergen-friendly, vegan, made from sustainable crops – and never produced in a lab. The company‘s commitment is to create wonderfully tasty, nutrient-rich, plant-based foods from real and recognizable ingredients (8 ingredients or less). Their first product, Millet Tots, are the only ancient whole grain potato alternative on the market, and are an addictive, healthy option that paved the way to the brand’s success. Other meatless RollinGreens products include a variety of crispy cauliflower “wings,” and more, with top-sellers Garlic Basil Millet Tots and Teriyaki Cauliflower Wings, redefining expectations of what clean, healthy food should taste like.
