Guy Fieri Takes on NYC
Last week Guy Fieri was in NYC to launch his latest restaurant, Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse aboard Carnival Cruises newest ship, Carnival Horizon. This is the very first restaurant to have a smoker and brewery at sea. The ship docked at Chelsea Pier for 2 days and invited VIP’s and media to experience all the activities the ship has to offer. To kick off the festivities we had a ribbon cutting ceremony and media event and tasting at Guy’s restaurant.
From a Lip Sync Battle between Queen Latifah and Eagles Placekicker, Jake Elliot to dancing with DJ Irie, IMAX and 4DX movies, hip hop dancing, salsa dancing, full blown fireworks and much more – there were activities on board for everyone. The following day we shot with Good Morning America Weekend, Today Show, Guy rang the closing bell at New York Stock Exchange and ended the day at Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
