Chef Leah Cohen and partner Ben Byruch of the Manhattan’s acclaimed restaurant Pig & Khao, are excited to be opening their second restaurant, Piggyback Bar, in Jersey City. Located at Harborside (200 Hudson Street), Piggyback Bar features a menu of elevated American bar fare fused with Asian flavors, which is complemented by a list of Asian-inspired cocktails, an extensive beer and wine selection.
