Kristina Lavallee is the founder and CEO of The Cake Girl®, a nationally recognized custom cake and cupcake brand known for showstopping edible art and elevated dessert experiences. A creative force in the baking world, Kristina has earned widespread acclaim for her signature cake designs and viral 3D creations.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, Kristina holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality Management and Restaurant & Food Service Management. What began as a single food truck has grown into a thriving brand with a flagship storefront, national media coverage, and a rapidly expanding franchise program.
Kristina’s love of baking started at home, inspired by the joy and connection she felt when making sweets for friends and family. She launched The Cake Girl to turn that personal passion into a purpose: helping people celebrate life’s biggest (and smallest) moments with creativity, heart, and unforgettable desserts. Her designs are not just about sugar and flour—they’re about storytelling, emotion, and the power of personalized, joyful experiences.

Kristina is equally passionate about giving back. Through her “Random Acts of Sweetness” initiative, she surprises first responders, teachers, business owners, and everyday heroes with handcrafted treats—spreading kindness, recognition, and gratitude one sweet delivery at a time.
She currently serves as an Honorary Commander at MacDill Air Force Base’s 6th Air Refueling Wing and is a proud recipient of the U.S. Department of Defense Patriot Award, recognizing her outstanding support of military service members and their families.
