Nancy’s Fancy is an artisanal collection of premium gelatos and sorbettos created by two-time James Beard Award-Winning Chef and founder of La Brea Bakery, Nancy Silverton. Inspired by the well-loved desserts served at her acclaimed Los Angeles restaurant Osteria Mozza, Nancy’s Fancy varieties are churned in Southern California and are made with only the freshest, locally sourced natural ingredients and pasteurized hormone-free milk. The line contains no added preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, or high fructose corn syrup. Flavors include Chunky Salted Peanut Butter with Crunchy Chocolate, Butterscotch Budino with Salted Caramel Swirl, Roasted Banana with Bourbon & Pecan Praline, Stumptown Spiced Coffee with Cracked Cocoa Nibs, Frutti di Bosco (Greek Yogurt and Mixed Berries), Coconut Stracciatella with Bittersweet Chocolate Strands and Chocolate Rum Fondente with Dark Rum and Chocolate Chips. Nancy’s Fancy is Nancy Silverston’s first product line set to launch in Spring 2015.
