Empathy Wines, the disruptive new direct-to-consumer winery from entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk and co-founders and fellow wine and marketing industry veterans, Jon Troutman and Nate Scherotter, announced the launch of its White Wine, a bright blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc, sourced from sustainable growers from the emerging California wine regions of Dunnigan Hills and Lodi. The perfect summer sip whether the day is spent on a beach in the Hamptons or hanging out on a city fire escape, the Empathy White Wine is available for purchase on EmpathyWines.com in quantities of three, six or 12 bottles or as a subscription, with pricing starting at $81 for a one-time shipment or as a subscription for $243.

Whether sipped solo or paired with summer specialties such as a caprese salad, fish tacos or grilled branzino, Empathy’s White Wine offers notes of juicy citrus fruits, honeysuckle, and sea salt spray. A bright wine with ripe Granny Smith apple and pineapple flavors, it is balanced with a refreshing acidity that makes it the perfect accompaniment to summer. The White Wine is made from cool-climate Chenin Blanc, Albariño, and Vermentino grapes, grown in the Bokisch (Lodi, California), Mettler Family (Lodi, California), and Mueller Ranch (Dunnigan Hills, California) vineyards, and then pressed and settled for 24 hours in stainless steel barrels.

Empathy Wines launched its first wine, the Rosé, in May 2019, and it can be purchased as a one-time buy on EmpathyWines.com in quantities of 3, 6 or 12 bottles or as a subscription. A bold blend of Syrah, Pinot Noir and Grenache, the Empathy Rosé is bright and balanced, with hints of watermelon and tropical fruits, as well as underlying citrus notes. Empathy’s Red Wine will debut in fall 2019.
