FRONT BURNER

Sales of these Jacques Torres bourbon bonbons come with a year’s membership in the Jacques Pépin Foundation.

These chocolates are the treat of the two Jacques. To benefit the Jacques Pépin Foundation, the chocolatier Jacques Torres has created bonbons draped in dark chocolate with a ganache filling spiked generously with Woodford Reserve bourbon, a favorite of Mr. Torres and a supporter of the foundation. The sale of each box of 12 includes a one-year membership in the Foundation at the commis level, which allows access to recipes and cooking videos with Mr. Pépin and other chefs. The chocolates can be ordered only from Oct. 12 through Nov. 12 and will be delivered in early December.
